Scrub Sponge Blue
Creates rich foam with all body cleansers and body care products (bar soap, shower gel). It offers deep exfoliation. Removes the dead cells. Improves the appearance of the skin. It is not necessary to use a scrub product as the exfoliation is achieved by using the sponge. It dries more quickly than synthetic high-density sponges so that bacteria and microbes are not favored.
USE: Massage with soap or shower gel on a wet sponge. Rinse & drain well. Hang to dry.
TIP: Replace your sponge regularly (suggested duration of use: 3 months).

Shipping costs are the same throughout Greece.
For purchases up to 40€ (including VAT), shipping costs amount to 4€.
For purchases exceeding 40€, there is no charge for shipping costs within Greece. In case that you choose as payment method to pay on delivery, there is an additional charge amounting to 3,50€.
Shipment of orders within Greece are effected exclusively by ELTACourier.
The delivery time for orders within Greece is 3-4 business days.
Processing of orders received on public holidays starts on the next business day, and the anticipated delivery time is calculated from that day. The above delivery times may be amended in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. nationwide strike of employees in transport companies, extreme weather conditions etc.).
For shipments abroad, shipping costs are calculated in accordance with the volume and weight of the items ordered. Calculation is made in the shopping cart before final payment by selecting the country of shipment and by typing the PC in the area of delivery.
Shipment of orders abroad are effected exclusively by DHL Courier. The processing time for the order is 2-3 business days. The delivery time for orders abroad, following loading, depends on the destination. Orders placed in the online store on public holidays, are being processed on the next business day, and the anticipated delivery time is calculated from that day. The above delivery times may be amended in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. local strike of employees in transport companies, extreme weather conditions etc.).
All customers shall be obliged to unpack the parcel received and check the items and, in case that aesthetic defects are detected, to notify the company accordingly within 10 days. After the lapse of 10 days, the items are considered received in excellent condition.
• Return of products at the COMPANY’s expense
Return of products at the COMPANY’s expense may be effected in all cases in which the order is executed in a false manner, namely in case that a different item than the one ordered is delivered, either in kind or in quantity, or in case that the packaging of the item is damaged in whole or in its greatest part at the time of delivery, or in case that the item is found to be defective. In this case, the customer shall either deny receiving the product from the beginning, or request that it is returned, following communication with the COMPANY.
Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In case that they are not returned at the time agreed after communication with the COMPANY, the online store is entitled to deny the return and therefore to refuse any replacement. In all cases, the product to be replaced must be returned together with all accompanying documents (e.g. Delivery Note – Invoice, Retail Receipt etc.) and packaging. Return of products at the COMPANY’s expense shall be effected by the personnel and transport means of the FLAX COMPANY, either by courier selected by the company or by means of a transport company.
In case of return of the products, and provided that the products will have previously been received and inspected by the COMPANY, the refund to the customer will be made by means of cancellation of the debit card charge, which will be effected by the COMPANY. In case of return of products which have been paid on delivery, the refund will be made by deposit in a bank account indicated by the customer. In case that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store is entitled to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined in accordance with the status of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without any other formality, to a full or partial offset of its claim against the customer.
In order for a product return to be accepted, the following must apply:
-The product must be unaltered and it must not have been tested / used.
-The product must not have been in direct contact with the skin.
-The product must not have been unpacked (the plastic wrap not to have been removed and to be in the original closed or sealed package, with a promotional gift, instructions, etc).
Note: In case that the purchaser does not inform the COMPANY about the return, return of order will not be accepted.
